Our Women’s Only Kickboxing Program at WKO Kickboxing Academy Llanelli provides a welcoming, empowering space for women of all fitness levels and backgrounds to train, grow, and achieve their personal goals. Whether you're stepping onto the mats for the first time or already have experience, our women’s sessions offer the perfect blend of fitness, fun, and technical development.
Training includes a mix of two key kickboxing styles:
Points Fighting (Semi-Contact): Focused on speed, control, and technique, points fighting teaches quick thinking and precise striking, ideal for developing confidence and tactical skills.
Continuous Kickboxing (Light-Contact): This style builds stamina, flow, and combination work, improving overall fitness and conditioning while maintaining strong technical form.
Our sessions combine technical drills, pad work, strength and fitness conditioning, and optional controlled sparring. Classes are supportive, high-energy, and tailored to suit all abilities, ensuring every woman feels comfortable and motivated from the moment she walks through the door.
The Women’s Only Program is designed to help participants achieve their personal best—whether that's improving fitness, learning self-defense, relieving stress, gaining confidence, or even progressing into competition if desired.
